Come ride hard this summer in Transylvanian Alps ,
known as theCarpathians Mountains !
known as the
An unforgettable “you ride” experience in a time of crisis that it rides us all!
You all must have heard of the Redbull Romaniacs, that hard-enduro yearly competition that ranks amongst the hardest off-road experiences in the world…just look it up on Youtube! Now you can enjoy a similar experience for which I offer to be your own guide!
That is because I know the tracks and trails in a part of the most beautiful Romanian Carpathians and the hills surrounding them. THAT IS MY BACKYARD!
There are trails of different ranges of difficulty to suit everyone’s level of riding and technique. From the sick hardcore hard-enduro to scenic off-roading, whichever is preferred by you!
For now you must have your own bike (off-roader, of course!). Something of the sort bellow. Weight matters more than hp. Thus it must be between 200 cc and 450cc.
I also offer maintenance, repairs and storing for your bikes, even places to stay overnight for real cheap!
But most of all, I guarantee you great fun in the midst of pitoresque Romanian wilderness, memorable rides and the chance to practice a sport that is something of the past in Western Europe. You can’t do that in your country! I promise to bring you back each evening dead tired but extremely exhilarated. You’ll see! It’s what I am missing dearly while I myself am here…
Prices will be negotiated depending of the individual, what it takes to please/amuse/exhaust you or whether you are a low maintenance camper, or a plush boy. It all can be sorted out, it doesn’t matter to me!
I am now here in UK, lost somewhere in Buckinghamshire county, thus feel free to call me to book, discuss details, or any other information you may want to know about this at my UK mobile no, 07760128220, or email, teologic@gmail.com
I am personally available to whoever wants to know more about this 2011 summer entreating prospective. You may call or email to establish a meeting in person, if desirable, though I reckon that I am ugly:
Other information about this summer 2011 project, “Ride/Like Dracula rides in Transylvanian Alps ”:
- parts for the bikes could be supplied locally in a matter of 24 hrs, mostly a couple of days
- I speak fluent English, the more Americanise sort of it. So you’ll have no problem following my guidance during rides.
- I have an experience of 19 years of interpreting/translating for an American funded charity
- I am hospitable and have two large backyards where tents could be set up, BBQs, even volleyball games for unwinding sore muscles from bike rides!
- You must provide me with some form of personal identification, just in case I need to lodge you in some place, or to identify your cadaver! NOT!
- Travelling to Romania , you’ll need a passport as it is part of (glorious) EU)!
If you can’t send your bike over with a van, or ship it other way for a somewhat larger price I could arrange locally the buying and prepping of a bike for you. A good condition thumper could range to £1500.
Airplane takes 2 and ½ hours to get there! I can wait for you and pick you up from the airport. From your own home in a matter of mostly 5 hours you could switch from a couch-potato to a mean motocross rider!
Note for potential investors in a long term project:
I am looking to find serious investing partners to enlarge this business, even open a track on the site of a dismantled coal mine (great terrain for riding, you know!) where a motocross track could be bulldozed and set up and later to join this to the national motocross circuit/competitions. Those investors won’t have to bring/ship/buy their bikes over, they could just have mine (by then hope to be able to acquire more bikes) and use the facility for free. They’ll get the royal treat when riding in the mountains and woods! Those of you interested let me know!
About myself:
I am 43, passionate motorbike off-rider and a practicing Christian, self-employed here in UK (doing mechanical engineering and industrial assembly) now looking for work to support my family as well as to get another couple bikes for this forthcoming adventure in the summer.
If you happen to be one of those interested in what I offer and have bikes and a van, we may end up travelling together to Romania when I finish my contract. You’ll benefit of a cheaper deal for everything! Call me, then!
